Lanham Media assisted Black Dog Institute promote ‘Exercise Your Mood’ week, working with Michelle Bridges, mental health experts, ambassadors and people with a lived experience of mental health.

The campaign aimed to encourage Australians to improve their mental fitness by taking on at least one hour of exercise each week. 
 
Lanham PR generated significant exposure for Black Dog Institute – one of their most successful campaigns to date – including a live cross on Channel 7 Sunrise, national TV news, news features across numerous print mastheads, regional TV, national radio and online.
